Designation- Sr. CSA
Grade- MO3 level
Role- Invoice processing and Cash Application /
Insurance premium administration and collection
At least Commerce graduate ( Bcom)
Job Requirement-
2 yrs Exposure to Ins prem collection and admin function preferable or Cash Applications. and Invoice process
Require reasonable voice skills.
Onshore transition experience preferable
Good interpersoal skills
Understanding of SLA a nd KPIs
